Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Uttal pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please note: All returns must be authorised before being sent back.
To start a return, you must contact our support team before returning any item.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from marks, odours, pet hair, deodorant, or makeup

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear or intimate items

  • Socks (once opened)

  • Final sale or clearance items


Return Shipping

UK Orders

  • Returns accepted within 14 days

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

International Orders

  • Returns accepted within 14 days

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked return service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your account

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@uttalactive.com within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, we will:

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Please include your order number and clear photos when contacting us.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

Include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has been:

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Or dispatched

It can no longer be cancelled and must be delivered.

At this stage, the order may only be returned in line with our Returns Policy below.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun

  • Orders placed during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods may be processed immediately
